Programs

An ecosystem of programs that compound.

Every plan is progressive, measurable and built to stack. Follow one at a time or line them up across a year of training.

Anatomical study sketch of an athlete at push-up failure, labelled with tricep and pectoralis major strain pattern, maximum effort state, near-muscle failure and post-volitional fatigue response
The Failure Protocol

What happens at the last rep.

Near-muscle failure is where the triceps and pectoralis major stop sharing the load evenly and the nervous system has to recruit everything it has. That recruitment — not the rep count — is the adaptation. The Failure Protocol from The Push-Up Blueprint programs those last reps deliberately, then prescribes the rest that lets you repeat them.

Real results

Built one rep at a time.

These are members who followed a program start to finish — the same progressive load, Failure Protocol rest, and two-meals-a-day nutrition this site is built on. Shown with consent. Individual results vary and depend on consistency, recovery and sleep.

  • Marcus, a man with an initially stocky build, shown in a before-and-after split. Left: softer midsection and rounder shoulders. Right: visibly leaner waist with defined abs, fuller chest and sharper arms after 12 weeks of training.

    Marcus

    Push-Up Mastery + Beginner Barbell

    12 weeks

Rebuilt his push-up, learned to brace, and leaned out on two meals a day.

  • Priya, a woman with an initially soft build, shown in a before-and-after split. Left: relaxed posture and softer core. Right: leaner, braced midline with defined abs, toned arms and a trimmer, more confident posture after 16 weeks of training.

    Priya

    Bulletproof Core + Everyday Athlete

    16 weeks

Fixed a weak midline and back pain — trained around a desk job.

  • Devin, a man with an initially slim build, shown in a before-and-after split. Left: lean, average frame. Right: broader chest and shoulders, thicker arms, deep abdominal definition and forearm vascularity after 10 weeks of hypertrophy training.

    Devin

Push / Pull / Legs Hypertrophy

    10 weeks

First real hypertrophy block — added measurable size with tempo work.

  • Sofia, a woman with an initially slim build, shown in a before-and-after split. Left: untrained, soft frame. Right: increased muscle definition across the abs, shoulders and arms after 14 weeks of bodyweight and mobility training.

    Sofia
