No. Many programs are built around bodyweight and minimal equipment, so you can train at home, in a park, or in a hotel room. If you have a gym, the library also includes machine, cable and free-weight training with full programming — home, gym, or hybrid.

The Failure Protocol is a training principle from The Push-Up Blueprint: train with intent, approach technical failure strategically, recover deliberately, progress measurably. Technical failure is the point at which another repetition cannot be completed with safe, controlled form — that is the line you work toward, not past.

I eat two meals a day. That is not a rule for everyone — it is simply what works for me and what I teach in my own practice. The nutrition section shares recipes, meal structures, and principles, not dogma.

Every membership includes all programs, the full workout library (bodyweight, machine, cable and free-weight), the routine builder, progress tracking, guided breathwork, nutrition recipes, and 60 minutes of AI Coach chat per month. Pro Annual adds a monthly live group coaching call and priority support; Founder Lifetime adds a free 1:1 session and 5 AI Coach hours.

Core Monthly is $25/month, Pro Annual is $199/year (two months free), and Founder Lifetime is $599 one-time. Founder Lifetime includes lifetime access to the core Cerebral Physique membership library and standard member content. Specialized future programs, certifications, live cohorts, premium coaching packages, and separately released products may be offered for an additional fee.

The AI Coach is an optional voice and chat coach that answers questions, programs workouts, and checks in on your progress. It is separate from my 1:1 coaching and can be used hourly or in packs.
