How to request a refund

1. Email admin@cerebralphysique.com from the address on your order.
2. Include your order number and (optionally) a sentence on why — we use this to make the ecosystem better.
3. We reply within 1 business day and issue the refund on approval.

Membership refunds

Monthly and annual memberships are fully refundable within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal. After 14 days, memberships can be cancelled anytime and remain active through the end of the paid billing period — no future charges will occur.

Lifetime membership

The one-time Lifetime purchase is fully refundable within 14 days of purchase. After that, the lifetime membership is non-refundable but remains yours forever.

Digital products & e-books

Digital downloads (programs, e-books, guides) are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Since files are downloadable, we ask that you delete your copies after a refund is issued.

AI Coach hours & 1:1 coaching

Unused AI Coach hours are refundable within 14 days. 1:1 human coaching sessions are refundable up to 24 hours before the scheduled session; after that, sessions can be rescheduled once at no cost.

Who processes your refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles customer service inquiries and returns. You can also request a refund directly at paddle.net.

Chargebacks

Please email us first — we'll always try to solve it directly. Filing a chargeback without contacting support may result in loss of access to the platform.
