2. AI Coach hour packs

Prepaid AI Coach hour packs are refundable within 30 days of purchase provided no minutes from the pack have been used. Once any minutes have been spent, the pack has been delivered and is non-refundable. Minutes included with a membership are part of the membership, not a separate purchase.

3. Shop products

Digital products in the shop — the Push-Up Blueprint Workout Journal and the 7-Day Cerebral Physique Reset Challenge — are sold and delivered through Gumroad. Your download is available on Gumroad immediately after payment and is also emailed to you. For a refund, email us within 30 days of purchase and we will return the full amount through Gumroad.

Shop orders are placed through Gumroad. Use the support information on your Gumroad receipt for order or refund questions.

How to request a refund

1. Find the receipt emailed to you at the time of purchase.
2. Reply to that receipt, or email admin@cerebralphysique.com from the address on your order and we will help you process the request.

Refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within a few business days of approval.

Who processes your refund

Membership and AI Coach payments are securely processed by Stripe. Shop products are sold and delivered through Gumroad. Use the receipt from the applicable processor when requesting help with an order.
