This site and all products sold on it are operated by Cerebral Physique LLC ("Cerebral Physique", "we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing, or continuing to use the site, you agree to these Terms. If you're accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you're an individual, you confirm you're of legal age in your country.

Fitness education and wellness content: bodyweight and gym training programs, an exercise library, breathwork practices, nutrition content, progress tracking, an AI coaching assistant, and optional 1:1 human coaching sessions. Access depends on your plan or purchase.

Keep your credentials confidential — you're responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Accounts are for one person; sharing login details or redistributing paid content is not permitted.

You must not:

• use the service unlawfully or for fraud, spam or harassment;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
• upload malware, probe, scan or otherwise interfere with security;
• scrape, reverse engineer, resell, redistribute or circumvent technical limits;
• misuse the AI Coach to generate illegal, harmful or deceptive content, or to attempt to jailbreak or extract underlying prompts or models.

The AI Coach produces automated output. It may be inaccurate or incomplete and is not medical, nutritional, psychological or professional advice. You are responsible for your prompts, for verifying outputs before acting on them, and for having the rights to any content you submit. We may filter, refuse or moderate outputs, and remove content or restrict accounts that break these Terms.

Training, breathwork and nutrition content is general education, not medical advice. Consult a qualified physician before starting any program, especially if you are pregnant, injured, or have a cardiovascular, respiratory or other medical condition. You train at your own risk.

All programs, text, video, imagery, software, branding and documentation remain the property of Cerebral Physique LLC. Your plan grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the content for your own personal training. You keep ownership of content you submit and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to operate the service.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing frequency, renewals, taxes, cancellations and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling stops future charges and access continues to the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy.

We work hard to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can close your account at any time. On termination, access to paid content ends; you may request an export of your training data within 30 days.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We exclude indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence where the law does not allow it.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, unlawful use, or breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
