Ingredients

  • 6 oz wild salmon fillet
  • 1 large sweet potato
  • 2 cups broccoli
  • Olive oil, lemon, garlic, sea salt

Method

  1. 1Roast sweet potato wedges at 425°F for 25 min.
  2. 2Pan sear salmon skin-side down 4 min, flip 2 min.

Cooking notes

  • Pat salmon completely dry before searing for crispy skin.
  • Cut sweet potato wedges evenly (~1/2 inch) so they roast uniformly.
