Grilled Lamb Chops & Tabbouleh

Ingredients
- •6 lamb rib chops
- •1 cup bulgur (cooked)
- •1 cup parsley, chopped
- •1/2 cup mint, chopped
- •1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- •1/2 cucumber, diced
- •1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- •1 lemon
- •Olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt
Method
- 1Marinate lamb in olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt for 20 min.
- 2Toss bulgur with parsley, mint, tomato, cucumber, lemon, olive oil.
- 3Grill lamb 3 min per side for medium-rare.
- 4Rest 5 min. Serve over tabbouleh with a spoon of yogurt.
