How to do the Toes-to-Bar

  2. 2Curl the pelvis, don't just swing the legs
  3. 3Legs straight if mobility allows
  4. 4Control the way down

Benefits of the Toes-to-Bar

  • Builds strength and size in the lower abs through a full, controlled range of motion
  • Also trains hip flexors, lats, grip as supporting movers
  • Builds real relative strength — moving your own bodyweight through space
  • A high-skill progression that pays off once the easier variations feel controlled
