How to do the Bayesian Cable Curl

  1. 1Step forward until the arm trails behind you
  2. 2Keep the upper arm still
  3. 3Curl without letting the elbow drift forward
  4. 4Feel the stretch at the bottom

Benefits of the Bayesian Cable Curl

  • Builds strength and size in the biceps through a full, controlled range of motion
  • Also trains brachialis as supporting movers
  • Constant tension through the full range — no easy point in the rep
  • A solid mid-level progression once the basic pattern is clean
